Alessandra Paredes
Amigos, el siguiente post tiene un carácter humanitario. Es el caso de una chica de Tarapoto - la ciudad en la que vivo - que está atravesando una situación triste.
Alessandra es una joven de apenas 19 años, que luego de terminar sus estudios secundarios decidió migrar hacia Bolivia para estudiar Medicina para satisfacer su voluntad de apoyar al prójimo.
Allí en al país altiplánico, entro a la sala de operaciones para una intervención de grado MENOR, debido a unos cálculos en la vesícula, ‘para su mal’ dicha operación se complicó en base a una sobredosis de anestesia, la misma que en media hora le causó un paro cardiorrespiratorio dejando a su cerebro sin oxigeno por varios minutos y causándole una Hipoxia Encefálica Isquémica.
Ella desde hace ya mas de una año se encuentra en estado de conciencia Minima al borde del ESTADO DE COMA. No puede valerse por si misma, sólo se alimenta mediante un sonda nasogástrica (tubo plástico que va desde la nariz hasta el estomago), no puede caminar, ni hablar, no ser independiente de sus movimientos y mucho menos volver a regalarnos esa hermosa sonrisa.
Ella regresó de Bolivia gracias al implacable apoyo de sus padres, durante un tiempo estuvo internada en cuidados intensivos del Hospital Arzobispo Loayza en Lima-Perú, luego fue derivada al pabellón general donde contrajo bacterias intrahospitalarias que terminaron causándole la neumonía debido a sus bajas defensas. Los meses fueron pasando y ella iba perdiendo mucho peso, llegando a pesar 28 kilogramos (de sus 54 kg).
Al igual que su peso el presupuesto de la familia se apocaba drásticamente, obligando a vender prácticamente todo para poder mantenerla con vida. Pero los gastos son inmensos, incluso tuvieron que trasladarla hasta su hogar en la ciudad de Tarapoto, y aunque los gastos se reducieron, ella necesita atención las 24 horas del día (3 enfermeras, 1 medico internista, 1 neurólogo, familiares).
Es algo que no puedo dejar pasar amigos, no estamos libres y esta chica podría ser nuestra hermana o nuestra hija. Creo firmemente que si está dentro de nuestras posibilidades apoyar, podremos devolver pronto la sonrisa a esta joven y a su familia.
La familia de la joven aquí en Tarapoto está organizando una rifa de Solidaridad denominada “1 sol por la vida. Alessandra… Cuba te espera”. Los tickets de la rifa cuestan solamente 1 sol o su equivalente en US$ 0.33.
El fin de esta rifa es completar los 120,000 Nuevos soles ( que es aprox. 40,000.00 dólares americanos) que se necesitan para llevar a Alessandra a Cuba en donde se espera darle un tratamiento neurológico adecuado para su recuperación. Lamentablemente solo han llegado a recaudar la cuarta parte hasta el momento.
Amigos apelo a nuestra solidaridad y espíritu humanitario. Procuremos apoyar con lo que podamos para esta causa. Algún día podríamos también necesitar ayuda, recordemos que nuestro paso por este mundo es corto e impredecible.
Cualquier ayuda de su voluntad también es bienvenida.
